How do the hand muscles work?

Let’s have a look at hand muscles. Main functions of the hand is to grip and grasp. But you can also do achive a lot of works like playing a piano.

Each finger has three extrinsic and three intrinsic muscles. They can do flexion, extension, adduction and abduction movements of the hand. There are 17 muscles  in the palm and with other muscles placed in the hand bones there are totally 34 muscles working in a complex way together. That means hand muscles have to target the way they need to get bigger.
